Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or preference issues
  • Minor wear consistent with disclosed condition (for preloved items)
  • Delays caused by couriers beyond our control

Every item sold by Maison Valerié is guaranteed authentic. In the rare event that an item is proven inauthentic by a recognized professional authentication service, we will:

  • Accept the return
  • Issue a full refund

The item must be returned in the same condition with all inclusions.

Refund Processing

  • Through the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours
